One suggestion, though. I did not notice the links buttons at the top of the screen at first. Perhaps you can figure out a way to emphasize them-a different color for the links bar or something. On my system at work, the buttons were outlined by a grey dotted line and were grey print on a white background. Other than that minor suggestion, the site is welcoming and easy to use.
